Fireside Therapy and Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a collaborative and empowering space for adolescents, adults, and older adults seeking support through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, grief, and emotional overwhelm. I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals while integrating evidence-based techniques that support lasting emotional wellness and personal growth. I believe therapy should be both supportive and transformative. While creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment, I also encourage clients to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to themselves and others. My approach focuses on helping clients feel empowered, emotionally grounded, and confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for partners to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally. Whether you are navigating ongoing conflict, life transitions, parenting stress, intimacy concerns, anxiety, infidelity, emotional distance, or feeling disconnected from one another, therapy can help you better understand each other and create healthier relationship patterns. I work collaboratively with couples to improve communication, resolve conflict, foster emotional safety, and deepen connection while helping each partner feel heard, understood, and supported. My couples counseling services are designed to help partners build healthier, more fulfilling relationships and create lasting positive change together.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk-and-talk therapy is a holistic approach to counseling that combines traditional psychotherapy with the healing benefits of nature, movement, and mindful connection. Sessions take place outdoors at a comfortable walking pace, creating a calming and grounded environment that can support emotional wellness, stress reduction, self-reflection, and personal growth. Being outside in nature can help many people feel more relaxed, present, and open during therapy. Walk-and-talk therapy may be especially helpful for individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, grief, or those who feel more comfortable moving rather than sitting in a traditional office setting

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming practice designed to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mind-body healing. Using supported poses, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, restorative yoga helps calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and release physical and emotional tension. This therapeutic style of yoga is ideal for individuals experiencing stress, burnout, chronic tension, anxiety, depression, or those seeking a slower, more grounding approach to wellness and self-care. Restorative yoga encourages mindfulness, emotional balance, and overall well-being by creating space for the body and mind to rest and recover. Suitable for all experience levels, this practice supports relaxation, flexibility, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing in a peaceful and supportive environment.

Support Groups

Women’s support groups designed to provide a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for connection, healing, and personal growth. These groups support women navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, burnout, motherhood, grief, and emotional overwhelm while fostering meaningful connection and community. A particular focus within these groups includes support for motherless daughters and daughters without mothers, offering space to process grief, identity development, complicated family dynamics, and the lifelong impact of maternal loss or emotional absence. This includes both recent and long-standing loss, as well as ambiguous or emotionally distant maternal relationships. Participants are supported in exploring their experiences, honoring their grief, and building resilience in a validating and nonjudgmental environment. Using a holistic and collaborative approach, I encourage emotional insight, healthy coping strategies, boundary work, and self-empowerment. These groups are designed to reduce isolation, strengthen self-worth, and support women in developing healthier ways of managing stress and emotional pain while feeling deeply understood by others with similar experiences. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, relationship concerns, grief related to maternal loss, or feeling emotionally exhausted, these groups offer a space to reconnect with yourself and others in a supportive and healing environment.     Coaching

I offer life coaching services designed to support individuals who are seeking clarity, direction, and meaningful change in their personal and professional lives. My approach is supportive, goal-oriented, and action-focused, helping clients identify barriers, strengthen motivation, and create realistic steps toward the life they want to build. Life coaching sessions focus on areas such as life transitions, career exploration, relationship challenges, self-esteem, confidence building, stress management, motivation, and personal growth. Clients often seek coaching when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps and are ready to move forward with greater intention and accountability. Using a holistic and strengths-based approach, I help clients clarify goals, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. Coaching is collaborative and empowering, with an emphasis on building insight, resilience, and self-trust. While life coaching is not a substitute for mental health therapy, it can be a powerful support for individuals looking to enhance their quality of life, improve decision-making, and create meaningful progress toward their goals.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, holistic energy-based practice that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. As a licensed mental health therapist, I offer Reiki as an optional complementary service to support emotional balance, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Many clients find that Reiki helps them feel more grounded, centered, and connected to themselves, making it a valuable addition to their overall wellness journey. Reiki is not psychotherapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Rather, it may be used alongside therapy to support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal growth in a safe and calming environment. Full Reiki sessions may be purchased a separate service and cannot be substituted for insurance covered mental health therapy.
